Delivery method

All deliveries are made through trusted third-party courier companies. Once your order is ready, we’ll arrange shipment through one of our delivery partners.

Delivery costs

Delivery fees vary depending on your location. We will confirm the approximate delivery cost before your parcel is sent.

Payment for delivery is made directly to the courier upon receiving your item.

Delivery timeline

Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase. While we work with reliable couriers, delivery times may vary depending on location and courier schedules.

• Within Lusaka: usually same or next-day delivery (small fee applies)
• Outside Lusaka: usually 1–3 days via courier

Liability

Please note that Saint Collection is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage once the parcel has been handed over to the courier. However, we’ll assist with follow-ups where possible.

Confirmation

Customers will receive confirmation once their parcel has been dispatched, along with courier details for tracking (where available).
